Google Analytics is one of the most popular digital analytics tools. it's Google's free web analytics service that helps to track visitors on your website. If you have many visitors to your website, but you don't know that you cannot improve your website's quality. Google Analytics is a free tool that analyzes in-depth details about the visitors and visitors turns to your customers. Through analysis, you can track everything about your website, how much traffic your website has, where it cames from. You can know the traffic from social media, mobile apps, identity trends, etc. You can easily add your Google Analytics code to any of type forms, in order to track visitor behavior and demographics.
Google Analytics is mainly used to track the traffic rate of your website. What are the traffic sources? 3 main traffic sources.
- Direct Traffic: Direct traffic refers to those visitors that arrive directly and immediate on your site by:

(1) typing your URL to browser
(2) clicking on a bookmark or
(3) clicking on a link in an email, SMS, or message.

- Referring Traffic: Also known as referrer traffic or referral traffic. The number of visitors that click on a link on another website and land on your website.
- Search Engine Traffic: It is the traffic that comes from visitors clicking on links on a search results page for any search engine like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. This traffic divided into organic traffic or non-paid traffic.
- Add Traffic: Traffic by Google-adds.
Terms you should know about the Google Analytics
Bounce Rate: It is the percentage of visitors that view and quickly exit a single page.
Organic Search: The number of visitors who visit your website from a link.

Tracking ID: Id that Google uses to analyze and track your site.
Property: the website that tracked by Google.
Dashboard: a platform that your website is analyzed.
How to Track your Website by Google Analytics?
- Login to Google Analytics with your Google Account.
- Click the admin button on the dashboard.
- Select an account or create an account.
- Create a property.
- Click the website option and add your websites name and URL
- Choose your industry, Choose your time zone.
- Click on Get Tracking ID.
- Install the Tracking ID on your site.
- Paste the Tracking ID in the Analytics
- paste tracking code in the Theme section.
- Then Save the theme
By Google Analytics you get the traffic of your site, how many active users are on your website, where the traffic is from etc. You can improve your website's quality with this analytics.
